Our Green-Olive Oil
is a high quality olive oil from the south of Greece, the peninsula Peloponnesus to be exact. Our olive grove is situated on a sunny hillside in a small village called Filiatra in the vicinity of Kalamata, which inhabits around 7000 inhabitants.

Olive harvest
Every year in October and November we start harvesting olives with our hands, storing them in jute bags, which are suitable for protecting the quality and freshness of olives.

Oil Mill
After the collection, we deliver them to the olive press which is certified by the public authorities. First the olives are separated from the leaves then they get cleaned in a water bath and finally they are crushed into small pieces. By pressing the olives and centrifuging them, the precious olive oil is being extracted with the cold-press procedure in 22-24 C°.

Packaging
The freshly pressed olive oil has an acidity level of 0,2 which is an excellent level. We guarantee you fresh, carefully analyzed olive oil and is why we can label our oil as extra virgin olive oil.
